The role will provide leadership and direction as a member of the Company’s management team to all aspects of the acquisitions/accounting/finance/administrative effort. It will partner with the Executive Team and other Company leaders in the consummation and integration of acquisitions. It will act as lead financial representative of the Company with investors, lenders, outside accountants, employees, customers, and vendors. It will provide meaningful analysis, metrics and dashboards to improve the Company’s performance and decision-making processes. It will oversee and supervise back office functions including accounting and reporting, treasury, cash management and lender relations, investor relations, strategic planning, budgeting and operations analysis, risk management, and general administration.
